Aadhar Loan - Credit Loan Calc ("the App," "we," "our," or "us") is an
**educational and guidance-only application**. This Privacy Policy explains

**Important:** The App does **not** provide loans, credit, financing, or
any other financial service. It does not connect to banks, lenders, or
credit bureaus, and it cannot approve, reject, process, or disburse any

## 2. Information We Collect
The App is designed to work without requiring you to create an account
or submit sensitive personal or financial information. Specifically:
- **No account or sign-up required.** The App does not ask for your
name, email address, phone number, government ID (including Aadhaar),
bank details, or any other identifying information.
- **No financial data collected.** Any figures you enter into the
in-app calculators (such as income, loan amount, tenure, or expenses)
are used only to perform on-screen calculations. This data is
processed **locally on your device** and is **not transmitted,
stored, or shared** with us or any third party.
- **Questionnaire answers.** The onboarding questionnaire (loan purpose,
income range, employment type, and credit score range) is used only
to display a general educational recommendation within the App. These
answers are **not collected, transmitted, or stored on any server** by
us.
- **Device locale (currency display only).** The App reads your
device's regional/locale setting solely to display amounts using your
local currency symbol (for example, ₹, $, or €). This is a
device-level setting, not personal information, and is not sent to us.
## 3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, request, or store:
- Your name, address, or contact details
- Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or any other government identification number
- Bank account, card, or other payment information
- Your actual credit score or credit bureau reports
- Location data (GPS) or precise geolocation
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
## 4. Analytics and Advertising
At present, the App does not display third-party advertisements and does
not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. If this changes in a
future update (for example, to show advertisements through a provider
such as Google AdMob), we will:
- Update this Privacy Policy in advance of the change,
- Disclose which third-party service is used and what limited,
non-financial data (such as an advertising identifier) it may collect
for the purpose of showing ads,
- Continue to ensure no financial or personally identifying data
collected through the App's core features is shared with any
advertising or analytics provider.
## 5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Since the App does not collect personal or financial data, we do not
sell, rent, trade, or share any such data with third parties, government
agencies, lenders, or marketing companies. The App itself does not
integrate with any bank, NBFC, or credit bureau API.

Because calculator inputs and questionnaire responses are processed and
stored only locally on your own device (and are cleared according to
your device's normal app data/storage behavior), there is no central
server database of user financial information for us to secure. We
nonetheless follow standard secure development practices in building
and maintaining the App.

The App is intended for general audiences seeking financial education
and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in
your country). We do not knowingly collect any information from
children, consistent with Section 2 above, as the App does not collect
personal information from any user.

Because the App does not collect or store personal data on our servers,
there is no personal data held by us for you to access, correct, or
delete. If you have any concerns about your privacy while using the

in the App's features or for legal and regulatory reasons. Any updates
